A pool can lose water at one fitting twenty feet under the deck. We find that fitting first — by isolating each line and listening for the leak — so the repair opens one small, specific spot rather than a trench.

How detection works
The method
Three stages. One located point.
Diagnosis is a sequence, not a guess. Each stage narrows the search until there is exactly one place to open.
01Detect
Confirm the pool is losing water and rule out evaporation. Each plumbing line is isolated and brought up to pressure on a gauge; the line that will not hold is the line with the problem.
02Locate
Acoustic listening narrows the loss along the run to one point, and the surface above it is marked. Nothing is opened to find out where the problem is.
03Resolve
A small, specific opening at the marked point. The same crew that found the leak repairs it, and you get a written record of what was tested, found and fixed.

I’ve worked in the pool industry for over 20 years, and my goal has always been to take that uncertainty off the homeowner’s shoulders. We take the time to find the actual source of the leak, explain what we found clearly, and help you understand what needs to happen next.
