Commercial pool repair
A commercial pool cannot simply close for a week. Once the leak has been located, the repair is planned around the pool’s schedule, priced before any work begins, and written up so the person who approves it — a board, a manager, an owner — has what they need. Planned around the pool, not around us
The repair itself is the same discipline as any other: open the smallest area that reaches the located point, fix what is there, and put the surface back. What changes on a commercial pool is everything around the work.
Closure is the first question. A fitting at the equipment pad may not close the pool at all; a line under the deck means closing that section. We say which it is before the job is scheduled, so the manager can tell residents or guests in advance.
The same crew that located the leak carries out the repair, and the written record covers both halves — what was tested, what was found, what was opened and what was replaced — so the approval and the invoice can be read together.
We repair the leak we located. Resurfacing and painting are separate services, and a full renovation is not something we market. Where a repair is outside what we do, we say so and the location is still yours.

- Sometimes only the section being opened. We tell you before scheduling, not on the day.

- Pavers, poured concrete, tile and coping each cost different amounts to open and to put back.
- Who approves it
- The record is written for the person who signs off, whether that is a board, an owner or a management company.
- Putting it back
- Reinstating the surface is part of the job. We say what the finish will look like before starting.

Do you need to close the pool?
