About
The team that finds your leak
Leak Locators East Coast is an owner-led leak detection company serving Florida’s Space Coast, from Melbourne through Brevard County, and Central Florida around Orlando. We specialize in finding exactly where the water is going, so the repair is targeted and unnecessary work is avoided.
Founder
J.R. Reyes, owner
J.R. Reyes founded Leak Locators East Coast and still runs it. He has worked in the trade since 2006, with 20 years of experience testing pool lines, tracing leaks underground and working on coastal pools.
We are family-owned leak detection specialists, serving Florida’s Space Coast and Central Florida since 2019, and we do not send subcontractors to your home. That matters because the person who finds your leak is accountable for the answer they give you.
The owner is licensed and the business is insured. Florida pools face their own challenges, including salt air on the coast, sand, shifting ground and a swimming season that lasts all year, and those are the pools this company knows best.

Our approach
How we work
Non-invasive testing
Our leak detection is non-invasive. Nothing is opened until we know where the problem is.
Precise location
Acoustic listening and line-by-line pressure testing narrow the search from the whole pool to one fitting.
Clear answers
We explain what we tested, what we found and what the repair will realistically involve.
