Pool Leak Detection in Orlando
Orlando is the most crowded leak-detection market we work in, and the most useful thing we can tell you about it is how to judge whoever you call. Ask what happens if they do not find it. Ask whether the person diagnosing is the person quoting the repair. Leak Locators East Coast serves Orlando, and the answer here is the same as everywhere else we work: the loss is located first, in writing, and nothing is opened until it is.
Method
How the leak is located
Acoustic listening and line-by-line pressure testing carry the diagnosis. Pressure testing settles which runs hold and which do not, and acoustic work places the failure along the one that does not. In a market this size the difference that matters is not the equipment — everyone has some — but whether the visit ends with a location or an estimate.
How an Orlando visit is run, in order.
Detect
Confirm the pool is losing water and rule out evaporation. Each plumbing line is isolated and brought up to pressure on a gauge; the line that will not hold is the line with the problem.
Locate
Acoustic listening narrows the loss along the run to one point, and the surface above it is marked. Nothing is opened to find out where the problem is.
Resolve
A small, specific opening at the marked point. The same crew that found the leak repairs it, and you get a written record of what was tested, found and fixed.

Service area
Coverage
Orlando is in Orange County. Kissimmee, Winter Garden and Lake Nona are also confirmed service areas, and Lake Nona is covered from this page rather than its own. A travel fee may apply for locations 45 minutes or more from Melbourne, Florida. The amount varies by location, so please call for pricing.
Nearby and beyond
Do you serve Lake Nona and the rest of Orange County?
Yes. Lake Nona, Winter Garden and the surrounding Orange County communities are confirmed service areas, and they are handled as part of the Orlando area.
There are a lot of leak companies here. What actually differs?
Ask what you receive at the end. We give written findings on the invoice describing what was located and where, which is what the person doing the repair needs. A verbal “it is somewhere in the return line” is not that.
Could the leak be under the house rather than the pool?
It happens, and it is a different test. A water line failing beneath a slab is slab leak detection, which we also do.
Do you have to break concrete to find it?
No. Locating is non-invasive. Opening concrete is a repair step, in the one place that was marked.
